This is the full-size 6 lb Bellwether V2 (Series 2) - the larger commercial model that preceded the current 3.3 lb Bellwether Shop Roaster, with roughly twice its batch capacity. It is an all-electric, ventless commercial coffee roaster capable of completing up to three 6 lb batches per hour, representing up to 18 lb of green coffee per hour.
The machine is in excellent condition, with approximately two years of use. It has been fully inspected by Bellwether’s head technician, thoroughly cleaned and fitted with new filters.
No gas line or external exhaust ductwork is required - the integrated filtration system exhausts filtered, virtually smoke-free air directly into the room. This makes the Series 2 particularly well suited to cafés, bakeries, restaurants and roasteries seeking substantial commercial roasting capacity or an attractive customer-facing roaster without the installation requirements of a traditional commercial machine.

The Series 2 retailed new for US$65,000 / C$92,000, before freight, taxes and import-related costs.
Manufacturing and support
Manufactured at Bellwether’s headquarters in Berkeley, California, the Series 2 is a substantial floor-standing commercial machine. In our experience, it has been extremely reliable.
This is the much newer, fully supported Series 2 model, not the earlier Series 1.
