Information This coffee is the result of the vision of Don Higinio and Doña Aura, who in 1988 transformed a small plot of farmland into an exceptional coffee-growing terroir. Today, this family estate hosts a rich mosaic of varieties: Red and Yellow Bourbon, Pache, Pacamara, Castillo, Typica, Catuai, Caturra, and other rare cultivars.
Grown under the shade of inga trees, pines, avocado trees, and natural forests, the coffees from Las Moritas offer a unique aromatic complexity born of exceptional biodiversity. At the same time, the family continues to grow corn, beans, tomatoes, and peaches, anchoring the farm in its nourishing role for the local community.
In the cup, you’ll find a coffee tailor-made for espresso—round and creamy, with notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and nuts. In short: a Mars bar! |
