Information

Here’s a natural, fluent English translation that keeps the same tone and rhythm as your French version — ideal for a coffee product page or label:

A rare single-farm, single-variety lot! Nestled on the slopes of the Turrialba Volcano, Aquiares Estate is one of Costa Rica’s oldest coffee farms. Founded in 1890, it produces exceptional coffees while supporting a community of 1,800 residents and protecting its surrounding forests and rivers.

Under the leadership of Don Alfonso Robelo, the farm has made social and environmental development a core priority: 96% of residents own their homes, and over 50,000 shade trees promote biodiversity.

Certified Rainforest Alliance and Climate Module, Aquiares is now carbon negative.

This lot, La Violetta, from the Esperanza variety, is hand-harvested, fermented in spring water, and slow-dried. The result is a clean, vibrant, and balanced cup, a true reflection of a visionary and sustainability-driven terroir.
