Information

Alejandro Valiente, a fourth-generation coffee farmer from the Metapán region, took over the family farm in 2010. After submitting his first Pacamara to an innovative Millennium Fund project, he quickly gained attention and was invited to participate in sustainable agriculture projects in Nicaragua and Guatemala.

In 2017, back in El Salvador, he launched the Socios de Cosecha project. Today, the project works directly with 67 small producers, ensuring full traceability of each micro-lot. A fully solar-powered dry mill was established to reduce costs and vertically integrate the supply chain.

In the cup, we find this extensive know-how with a disarming complexity for a washed coffee from Central America, with unusual notes of pear and tiramisu!
